Mira Loma Assembly Hall
This is the Mira Loma Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. I went there today after my morning balloon flight in Temecula because I missed part of my own assembly and I was already up north of San Diego anyway.
I've heard about this place and I've seen a few pictures. But seeing it for yourself is a whole different thing. There were about 3000 in attendance! That is 3 times as many or more than go to our assemblies. There was quite a 'roar' of noise from all the people at lunch time. It is something to experience; more like a district assembly it seems to me.
And then they have these unique water 'stations' like I've never seen before. Not your usual water fountains at all. They have lots of paper cups for you to help yourself to, then you press the lever and fill your cup rather than bend down and drink directly to your lips. I've never seen anything like this.
